Monthly Membership Investment: $495

Compassionate, presence-centered care for individuals facing a life-limiting illness (typically within the final 6 months), designed to bring comfort, dignity, and peace to each day.

This membership provides consistent, heart-centered support for both you and your loved ones—ensuring no one walks this journey alone.

Includes:

• In-person visits, telephone, or virtual support from trained end-of-life doulas, Monday to Friday

• Gentle spiritual care, including prayers and reflective support (guided by your beliefs)

• Therapeutic music sessions to soothe and uplift

• Guided meditation and mindfulness practices for peace and grounding

• Compassionate companionship and emotional presence

• Thoughtful planning and preparation, including advance directives and legacy projects

• Emotional and spiritual support for both you and your loved ones

• Environmental care and non-medical assistance within your home

• Guidance and coordination for funerals, burials, or cremation arrangements

• Bedside presence during active transition

• Premium weekly domestic assistance, we manage essential household tasks

Eternal Embrace VIP Membership

Enhanced End-of-Life Doula & Family Support
Monthly Membership Investment: $995

An elevated level of care for those seeking comprehensive, around-the-clock support—for both the individual and their loved ones—through every stage of the journey and beyond.

This membership ensures that not only the individual, but the entire family system, is held with compassion, guidance, and presence.

Includes everything in the Sacred Passage Membership, plus:

• Daily concierge-style service for families and caregivers

• 24/7 on-call access to experienced doula team members

• Extended emotional and grief support for loved ones (4–8 weeks following passing)

• Enhanced coordination and communication with family and care team to ease decision-making

• Priority scheduling and increased availability for visits and support

✨ A deeply supportive, all-encompassing experience that surrounds both the individual and their loved ones with care, before, during, and after transition.

💡 Optional Add-On

Vigil-Only Intensive Support (Short-Term)

$1,500 – $3,500 per event (1–3 days)
For families who may not be on a monthly plan but need continuous presence during active transition. This investment includes daily meals for family and caregivers.

Income Based Membership

Monthly Membership Investment: $0-$200

For low-income families, MINH partners with BeCause Society—a nonprofit dedicated to advancing health equity—and Mekong Munchies, a catering company committed to providing food assistance within local communities.
